Ok, but I did use the two dropsuits that I bought with AUR, and now I don't have them, so I either want them back or a refund. Plus, what do you mean by the help at the top?

I have all my AUR items besides the Server suit, and no AUR refunded for it. I have also put in a ticket.

I'd say contact Dust/CCP about it, then contact Sony about it and add in that you contacted Dust/CCP. You might be able to get a refund, but I'm not sure though.

I have the official Sony headset as well, the only problem I have is the sound of the vehicles. No lag whatsoever
